Saronni produces feeding lines for presses and cut to length lines from 1960 and can count more than 3.700 feeding lines set up all over the world. The company exports to 20 countries and invest yearly the 5% of the turnover in research and innovation. A staff of 60 employees and a covered area of 10.000m2 allows Saronni to produce entirely the machines of his production range, monitoring completely the process from the design to the final test. The know-how acquired during the years, the ability of its technicians and the quality of design and production, have allowed Saronni to work with hundreds of customers all over the word, most of them are OEM’ S in automotive industry, household appliances and electromechanical industry. Saronni offers to its customers a wide range of machines, besides the feeding and cut to length lines, Saronni proposes also punching and embossing lines, edges rounding, strip accumulation (SUPERCOIL) lines and blanking lines. Recently Saronni has studied a new generation of high precision straighteners conceived to straighten high strength material, for strips width from 400 to 1900mm and thicknesses from 0.4 to 16mm. All the structure are designed with FEM calculation, have a high structural rigidity and grant easy maintenance and cleaning.
